Postcard

 

Artist Statement:

This was a fun easy project to do and was also a current event. The process for this assignment was fairly simple and it was a good way to practice our skills in Indesign. All I did was look up "Cleveland, Ohio" into google and I took a photograph I found of the city as the sun was going down and used it as a background. I put a white foreground with the square to lay as the platform for the written part of the post card. I added a simple title, the date, and the city in ht top left corner. After I just adding lines to separate the two sides and lines to write on. The final part was adding my tag brush. Then I just packaged up the file and handed in my assignment.
